Nothing special. Just an older drawing (June 2004).
This is Electus from Ghana, a friend of my (former) roommate who happend to be Mongolian. *g* I love being cosmopolitan without even leaving the room! :)

I like how realistic this looks. Did he model for you or did you use a photo for reference?

Seeing this, I wish I knew how to properly crosshatch. ^^;

thank you very much .. was a tough one, that guy. and yes, i started out with a photo reference - but quickly got beyond the original face .. i doubt electus would recognize himself in this picture.
