greek temples dating back to the archaic colony from the 6th century b.c.- this one was dedicated to hera and poseidon.

located on a beautiful hill in a park-like area, and thankfully scarcely frequented by tourists. the museum next to it is amazing, a small, but outstanding collection of greek art and artifacts.
