Definitely the best of this series of yours, even taking my own Doctor bias into account. I think the photoshopping works well to set it apart from the other pencil drawings of Nine I've seen here on DA, too: it gives the piece a bit more depth and gravity, but without eliminating that rough edge of a pencil drawing or making it too polished.

of course i put quite a bit of effort into this one, since he's my favourite of the bunch. *even* though if he's called the emo one ;)

He's so beautiful--and you've captured that perfectly! You can almost see the grand schemes he's coming up with in that crazy noodle of his ;)
